Intro to 2D Design
Introduction to 2D Design course teaches the basics of creating visual designs on flat surfaces. It covers principles and elements of design, contrast, composition, and color theory. Students learn to use both traditional and digital tools
Rendering Assignment
In this project, we learned how to apply the analogous and complementary color schemes to a room using Photoshop, focusing on how color choices can influence the mood and functionality of a space.

Line & Shape, Pattern & Texture

In this assignment, we were tasked with exploring the world around us to find a theme and then identify the alphabet within it. This exercise taught us how to observe and recognize organic shapes, lines, patterns, and textures in our everyday surroundings
Value Change/Balance
In-Class Scale Assignment

In this project, we learned how to manipulate the value of a color, adjusting it to create lighter or darker shades, all through the medium of origami. By folding and layering paper, we learned how color values can affect the perception of depth and dimension.
In this project, we explored the concept of scale by applying different fabric patterns to a chair. We experimented with both small-scale and large-scale patterns to see how the size of the design affected the overall look and feel of the piece. This exercise taught us how scale can influence the visual impact of a pattern
